General Policy
Because Ideahits provides customised creative work, refunds are considered carefully and depend on the stage of the project at the time of the request.
Before Work Starts
If you request cancellation before a designer has started working on the order, we may approve a refund in full or in part, depending on any processing fees already incurred.
After Work Has Started
Once the design process has begun and resources have been assigned, refunds are usually not available for completed work already carried out. However, we will always try to resolve issues fairly through revisions or by clarifying the brief.
Delivered Files
Refunds are generally not available after final files or completed design assets have been delivered, except where required by law.
How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe a refund should be considered, email admin@ideahits.co.uk with your order number, the reason for the request, and any supporting details. We will review the case and respond as soon as possible.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may delay or suspend project delivery while the matter is under review.
