Ideahits provides support for active design orders placed through this website. Buyers can track order progress from their account area and view submitted requirements, attached files, and project updates from our team.

Please have your order number ready and include any relevant brand information, references, or examples that help us understand your request more quickly.
File Sharing
If a file is smaller than 50 MB, it can usually be uploaded through the website where available. If your file is larger than 50 MB, please send it to admin@ideahits.co.uk and mention your order number in the subject line.
Project Updates
When an order is in processing, you will see project update messages in your buyer account. These updates are the best place to check the current status of the work.
