1. Brand and product
- Brand name and product name
- One-sentence product description
- Target customer (who buys this, and why?)
- Main competitors or shelf references (links or photos)
- Brand personality in 3 words (e.g. "premium, natural, bold")
2. Packaging format
- Type: label / sleeve / box / pouch / bottle / jar / other
- Dimensions or printer dieline (attach PDF if you have it)
- Print method: digital / flexo / litho / unknown
- Finish: matte / gloss / soft-touch / foil / emboss
- Number of SKUs (flavours, sizes, variants)
3. Content on pack
- Front panel headline / product claim
- Full ingredients or materials list (for food/cosmetics)
- Allergen information (food)
- Net weight / volume
- Barcode placement requirements
- Regulatory text (INCI, nutrition, warnings)
- Brand story or back-panel copy (word count)
4. Visual direction
- Existing logo and brand colours (attach files)
- 3 packaging designs you admire (with notes on what you like)
- Colours to avoid
- Photography: do you have product shots or need mockups?
5. Practical constraints
- Launch date / print deadline
- Printer contact (if artwork goes direct to them)
- Budget range (helps studio recommend the right scope)
- Approver — one named decision-maker
6. Deliverables you need
