Phase 1 — Identity (week 1–2)

  • ☐ Logo in vector format (AI/EPS/SVG)
  • ☐ Primary and secondary colour palette (hex + CMYK + Pantone if print-critical)
  • ☐ Typography direction — headline and body fonts
  • ☐ Basic usage rules (minimum size, clear space)

Phase 2 — Packaging (week 2–4)

  • ☐ Label or box artwork — print-ready with bleed
  • ☐ Barcode placement agreed with printer
  • ☐ Regulatory text signed off (food/cosmetics/supplements)
  • ☐ Print proof approved before full run

Phase 3 — Digital presence (week 3–5)
