Everything required for production will be provided. Your illustration will be delivered in the appropriate formats tailored to your specifications. This typically includes a production-ready Adobe Illustrator file, Adobe Photoshop file, PDF file, or EPS file.
To ensure accessibility, web preview files in PNG or JPEG formats will also be included, as not everyone may have the necessary design programs (though your printer will).
Additionally, you will receive full legal copyright, ensuring complete ownership of the design.
Should I run a Design Context or work directly with a freelance designer

Can I work with my designer once my contest ends?
Absolutely (and we love it when that happens)! Once your illustration contest has concluded, you can begin a 1-to-1 Project with your winning designer.

How can iI protect my Illustration Context with an NDA?
Select “Make your contest private” from the Contest options section before launching your illustration art contest. This ensures that designers cannot use their designs elsewhere, and your contest will not be searchable on the web.
By choosing this option, a standard NDA template will be automatically attached to your contest. Alternatively, you can upload your own NDA if you prefer.
