At ideahits, designers commit to uploading only original artwork. Each designer retains ownership of their design submissions until you select the contest winner. During the design handover phase, the designer agrees to transfer the rights, making you the sole owner of the copyright for your winning postcard design.
How can i protect my design contest with NDA?
Before launching your postcard design contest, select ‘Make your contest private’ from the Contest options section. This prevents designers from using their designs elsewhere, and your contest won’t be searchable on the web.
