These Terms and Conditions apply to all design, branding, web, packaging, and creative services purchased from Ideahits. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request the work on behalf of your business or project.

Orders and Project Briefs

Each order is processed for one service or product at a time. Buyers are responsible for submitting a clear project brief, brand information, references, and any required assets so our team can start work smoothly. Delays in providing materials may affect the delivery schedule.

Design Process

Once an order is marked as processing, a designer will review the submitted requirements and begin work. Delivery timings may vary based on complexity, revision requests, and how quickly client feedback is received.

Revisions and Delivery

Revision scope depends on the purchased service. Final files are delivered after the work has been approved and the order has been completed. Any additional work outside the purchased scope may require a new order or a separate quotation.

Client Responsibilities

You must ensure that text, logos, images, product details, and other materials supplied to Ideahits do not infringe the rights of third parties. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide.

Payments

Orders must be paid through the approved checkout process before work is released. Prices shown on the website apply to the selected service at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Communication

During checkout, buyers can tell us their preferred communication method such as email, WhatsApp, Skype, Slack, or another channel. We will use the submitted method wherever practical for project-related updates.
